Each term consists of a 4 week block of 1 hour coached sessions, Wednesdays at 7pm to 8pm and Sundays at 11am to 12pm, in Clontarf Baths.
In each lesson we have Beginner Level x 12 spots available, Intermediate Level x 20 spots available and Advanced Level x 20 spots available.
ALL LEVELS – WEDNESDAY
BLOCK 1 (JUNE): JUNE 12, JUNE 19, JUNE 26, JULY 3 (Time 7pm – 8pm, Wednesdays).
BLOCK 2 (JULY): JULY 10, JULY 17, JULY 24, JULY 31 (Time 7pm – 8pm, Wednesdays).
BLOCK 3 (AUGUST): AUGUST 7, AUGUST 14, AUGUST 21, AUGUST 28 (Time 7pm – 8pm, Wednesdays).
BEGINNERS LEVEL ONLY – SUNDAYS
BLOCK 1 (JUNE): JUNE 9, JUNE 16, JUNE 23, JUNE 30 (Time 11am – 12pm, Sundays).
BLOCK 2 (JULY): JULY 7, JULY 14, JULY 21, JULY 28 (Time 11am – 12pm, Sundays).
BLOCK 2 (AUGUST): AUGUST 4, AUGUST 11, AUGUST 18, AUGUST 25 (Time 11am – 12pm, Sundays).
BEGINNER LEVEL: WEDNESDAYS & SUNDAYS Learn to swim with Marian. Ideal for swimmers who can float, but who would like to progress to front crawl and master the art of breath control. Marian will guide swimmers to becoming more efficient and confident in the water.
(Please Note: If you are a very nervous dipper, we recommend a 1:1 session before taking on the Beginners class).
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: WEDNESDAYS Swimmers who can swim front crawl and are comfortable being out of their depth. Ideal for swimmers who would like to improve their technique in preparation for an Open Water swim event.
ADVANCED LEVEL: WEDNESDAYS Swimmers who want to push themselves out of their comfort zones! Challenge yourself with our speed and endurance sets. Ideal for swimmers who want to see changes in their fitness, technique and race readiness!
